Last night, we had our first post-suspension Phi Mu Alpha meeting. This of course means that we are no longer on suspension. I'm so happy that I get to wear my letters again. This also means that the probationary semester is starting up again. I'm going to spend this Saturday with the winterguard. They are going to a competition and I'm going to be on their tarp-crew. Pretty much, I'm going to be a grunt. That's fine with me because I'm going to be with my friends. Tonight we have our meeting to learn what we're going to be doing this weekend.
After our meeting last night, me and a couple of friends decided to out and eat. Unfortunately, it was just after 10:00 and that's when everything in Morehead closes. After stopping off at a few places and finding out they were closed, we passed by Arby's. We saw people sitting inside. We parked and looked at the hours. The dining area was open until 11:00. We opened the door and it was locked. We were pretty upset. Their other set of doors were locked also. Which is even worse, there was a guy trying to leave and he couldn't get out! If nothing else, that's a fire hazard. Anyways, after some yelling through the window how they locked the doors 45 minutes early, we decided that were going to continue to ignore us. We decided to go through the drive-through. They ignored us there too! We circled Arby's a couple of times and said a few obscenities. We eventually settled for Dominoes. It was really good too. I'm giving up alcohol for Lent. This shouldn't be too hard seen as I hadn't drunk any alcohol since last semester anyways. And since this recent endeavor, I've decided to give up Arby's for Lent as well, those fat bastards. :)
